This event was conducted by Swimming NSW Limited and brings in elite swimmers from all across the State.

To be able to compete in these championships competitors must have met qualifying times within a NSW carnival.

Sky Holland qualified for nine events, Brook Holland made it for seven events, Morgan McGregor swam in three events and Anna Miglietta raced in four.

All four girls also raced in the 4x50 freestyle relay and 4x50 medley relay.

Considering the town’s heated pool

has not yet opened

and the girls not having the opportunity to train in the water,

they still managed to come away with proud personal best times.

Also, at long last, they have been offered, and accepted, a sponsorship by Silver Raven to help them with their climbing expenses. This is a great help to the girls as it is not always easy to find funding.
