Three Lightning Ridge girls have been selected in the Far West Academy of Sport's Netball Talent Squad.
Kristina Kelly, Lacy Brown and Jodie Brown were successful at the netball trials held on February 26 in Cobar.
The standard was very high with nominations received from Goodooga, Bourke, Nyngan, Cobar, Coonabarabran, Coonamble and Brewarrina.
The girls will travel to Warren in April to participate in an induction and training camp and there will be regular training sessions throughout the year in the lead up to the NIB Games in Newcastle in July and the Horsell Challenge in Wollongong in October.
