Rain stopped play - at last.

Friday chook run

The course was closed until 2pm and then it turned out to be a lucky day for Terry Wohni who was the winner.

Chooks to: Alan Huskinsson, Sally and Ray Williams and Jan Davis.

Saturday 12 hole stroke medley

There was a large field and despite some wet patches, the course was in good condition.

Winner Doll Welsh and runner-up was DJ Dean and a ball each went to Felix Monch, Wolf Moosmueller, Knud Nexo and Tony Webb.

Sunday 18 hole stableford medley

The winner was Pat Smith with Tony Webb runner-up and a ball each went to Felix Monch, Wolf Moosmueller and Malcolm Carpenter.

This week's games

Tomorrow: 10 hole chook run, 8.30am to 3.30pm hit off

Saturday: Medley par, 12.30pm hit off

Sunday: 18 hole stableford medley, 9am hit off.

(Please Note: Dowdle Family Day has been postponed until June 5.

This is a three person ambrose two golfers plus a nongolfer)

Wednesday: 2nd Round Foursomes Championship 9am hit off

Veterans 12 hole Stableford 1.30 hit off

Coaching for beginners, women & girls, has started on Saturday mornings 9am. Just turn tip if you're interested and don't worry about any golf equipment at this stage.
