Wednesday women's titles

So far it looks as though experience really counts in this game. In A grade, Kath Johnston is leading by four shots from Carmel Fiddling. In B grade, Winsome O'Brien is leading by one shot from Elyn Nexo and Sally Williams. There are two more rounds to be played.

Nett winner on the day was Winsome O'Brien with a magnificent 65 nett and she also won the nearest to the pin on the 16th. What a day! Ball winners were Carmel Fiddling, Sally Williams, and Elyn Nexo. The Putting Competition was won by Kay Hogan.

Vets

Winner was Barry Fahey, runner-up was Knud Nexo and a ball went to John Kimber.

Definitely not an unlucky day for Michelle Knee, who won with 25 points. Welcome back. Chooks went to Ron Canlin, Kay Hogan, Brett Hyland, Sally Williams, L Walford, Bruce Buchanan, C Rutley, Joe Popovic, Don Welsh, M Smith, Barry Fahey, Elyn Nexo, Melody Monch and John Kimber.

Saturday 12 hole stableford

Most of the regular Saturday golfers went out to play in the Glengarry Open so there was no competition here.
