Our Junior Football Club would like to thank all sponsors. Without their support we would find it hard to field teams in the Balonne/Barwon competition and offer our kids the four Fs that make up our great game: Fun, Family, Friends and Fitness.

Next season is sure to be bigger and better with more kids expressing an interest in our game that caters for both boys and girls.

Registration and sign-on day will be on or about February 18 with a family fun day on offer for kids and parents alike.

We will be selling last year's club jerseys and conducting raffles at the Super Shopper at the Bowling Club this Saturday.

Bingo is on at the RSL this Thursday, cash prizes. 7.30 start. The end of year committee meeting will be next Tuesday, 7pm in at Bowling Club.

The Lightning Ridge JRL President and Committee wish all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and would like to thank the Ridge News for its support throughout 2005 and continuing for many years to come.
