Eight players turned up for the game last Wednesday at 8am.
Pat Smith was again the winner. Pat's 22 points left Ron Canlin and Dave Schafer to pick up the ball prizes, both scoring 21 points.
Friday Chook run
It was great to see so many players turned up early for the chase. It's the right time to be chasing as it's really much cooler. We had a total of 21 players for the day. This included the couple that just wanted a drink.
The winner was Mick Derouet with 22 points. Mick was just able to hold out Pat Smith during his first round as Pat finished with 21 points. Due to the scores being very low for the day, chooks were given out down to 16 points, whereas in a four way count back Pat Smith would have lost out on his second round.
The Black opal Advocate Encouragement award went to Sally Williams.

We had a wonderful turnout on Sunday for the game, with 21 players arriving for the 7am hit off.
With the scores fairly low it was left to Mick Derouet, Pat Smith and Wally 'O' to fight out the winner's purse for the day as they all finished on plus one.
In a very tight count back Mick Derouet snuck in, from Pat Smith in second place and Wally in third.
This week
Chook run all day tomorrow with hit off from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
