Sunday's game was an 18 hole Stroke V Par event and 14 players provided strong competition. The winner with a score of plus 4 was Val Colbran (again), while the runner-up with plus 2 was Frank Butta. Robbie Cotten scored nearest the pin on the 8th hole. Frank Butta got one gobbler and George Connelly and Billy Boyd each got two, and ball winners were Dianne Healey, Tony O'Brien, Kerry Boyd and George. Last time I saw Pop he was still crying over the six balls he lost.
Ladies golf is Thursday morning at 8.30am. Next week's game is an 18 hole stroke and Monthly Medal.
