Our club championships were played on the September 10 and 11, and we had our presentation night on Wednesday. Results are as follows: The A Grade winner was Leo Ballard nett 154. A Grade runner-up - Pop Healey nett 156. B Grade winner Frank Butta 170. B Grade runner-up Billy Boyd 174. C Grade winner Val Colbran 205. Runner-up Rodney Prout 231. Robert Cotten won the gobbler competition, and the most improved player was Barbara Prout. Pop Healey and Billy Boyd could not be with us, so Tony O'Brien accepted the trophies on their behalf. Sunday's Stableford was won by Jim Maselli on 40 nett from Val Colbran on 36 nett. Jim and Glenda Maselli both won gobblers. Next week will be a stroke event and monthly medal.
