Currently, the academy runs talent programs in soccer, netball, tennis and rugby league for talented junior sports people across the far west of NSW.

Coaches and managers involved with the academy are given opportunity to advance their skills through development courses, while also coaching and managing talented athletes in a representative sports program,

The role of the coach will be to coach and develop the selected academy athletes in a set program devised between the academy, the relevant state sporting body, and coach.

All coaching applicants must have a minimum Level 1 Coaching accreditation and relevant experience.

Positions are currently available in rugby league are head coach, assistant coach and manager.
