It turned out to be a great day (although Sarah still managed to get bogged at the oval).

All teams had a great turn-up of players and all played with great enthusiasm and effort.

A huge thanks to the Walgett players who have shown great sportsmanship throughout the season.

Thanks also to the parents, committee and coaches who have made the season a great success.

All registered players and interested people are invited to our final event, which is presentation day.

This will be held this Saturday September 12 at the soccer fields.

It will begin at 9.30am with activities and a game with parents and kids involved, a sausage sizzle and presentation of trophies will follow.
