Poking out for the chance to win

19 Nov, 2009 09:15 AM
A total of 33 players turned out to the regular poker match at the Bowling Club on Tuesday November 17 competing for the chance to take a piece of the $320 side sweep or club vouchers.

In fourth Ray Purser took home $20 and Richard Bohem in third won $50.

The night’s runner-up was Robert Radoski with $90 but the unreachable card shark of the evening was Marko Troscot who left with $160.

Well done to Robina O’Neill for making it to the final table, it was only her second game with the Australian Poker League.

Next week’s Tuesday game will be a Pro Series Game with a ticket to Orange RSL Club up for grabs.

Don’t forget this Saturday November 21 is the Christmas Poker Challenge at the Bowling Club.

Registration is between 12:30pm and 1:45pm with a 2pm sharp start. Be early as there is limited seating. It is $49.50 to play.
