DARTS: This week we had 10 players, as some were stolen to play bowls in Tamworth. We also had a new player, Ian, who is quite a dark horse. Everyone played well and much laughter could be heard from the darts’ corner.
Top scores on the day went to Carol with 116 and Inekia (who is improving every week) with 92 +89. For the men, Brad 1x100, Scott 7x100, 4x140, 125 and 119.
A play-off between Ian and Scott was needed to find the winner for the day. Ian missed double top by a wire and Scott slipped under his guard to peg out and win the game.
