Our newest player, Joan, scored an outstanding 94 which is all the greater for the fact that until last week she had never thrown a dart. Well done, keep practicing Joan.

We had an unusual finish to the day with twin play-offs for second between Del, Fred and Neil, who all sat on five points. Del was eliminated first then Fred played Neil where Neil won and so was declared runner-up.

Tony was the top winner for the day as he won seven of his eight games.

Scott had the highest score for the day with an impressive 140 and six 100’s. John with 101 and Neil with 100 were close behind.

If you would like to have a game come along to the Beer Garden at the Bowling Club on Sundays. Names in by 11:30am and game starts at noon. Don’t worry if you don’t have darts, we have spares and are sure to have a set suitable for you. We ask that you wear covered shoes for your safety.
