Cash game draws in a great crowd

POKER: It was a cash game this week and a total of 42 players contesting for a piece of the $900 prize pool on offer at the bowling club.

The cash was divided between the top four players with Jen Smith in fourth taking $50, Peter O’Rourke in third winning $130 and the runner-up Robert Radoski leaving with $270.

The hot shot of the night was Natasha Padam who snatched first place at the final table winning herself $450.

There will be no APL poker at the Club next week on Tuesday January 26 due to Australia Day.

There will be a cash game the

following Tuesday on February

2nd.

For those still interested in a game the Walgett Sports Club still holds matches on Monday night.

The game played will be Deepstack for $11 and 8000 chips.
