 Modified game develops skills

Modified game develops skills

10 Dec, 2009 10:12 AM
JUNIOR CRICKET: Numbers were down for junior cricket this week, so we played a modified game where all players fielded when they weren’t batting.

Players batted in pairs for four overs keeping a tally of their own scores.

We had a lot of fun learning how to bat, bowl and field.

Junior cricketers that played this week were Archer Holz, Jack Thompson, Samuel Jackson-Bolton, Zach Webb, Alister Curry, Bella McKenzie and Rory Cheal.

There is one more game left to play this Saturday before the Christmas break.

I look forward to seeing keen juniors at 8am on Saturday.
