Great experience for youngest team member

03 Mar, 2011 11:22 AM
Arabella McKenzie received the “brightest and youngest of the team’’ award last week when she represented the North West Combined High School cricket team as they played in the New South Wales selection trial games at Barooga.

Bella was the youngest member of the team with some of her team-mates playing in the under 18s high school teams.

The team played five games in four days.

Bella also played a Twenty20 game against Sydney South West. Bella bowled one wicket for 13 runs in four overs.

Another great experience for a girl who turned 12 on Tuesday.
