The United Hospital Auxiliary took over the Visitor Information Centre for its Trash ‘n’ Treasure markets during the long weekend.
The markets, held from 8am until midday on the first Sunday of every month, allow anyone to set up a stall and sell their goods to tourists and locals alike.
Arts and crafts are popular items to sell, but so too are larger items taking up space in the shed or garage.
The UHA is also looking for more volunteers to help on the day with the barbecue and managing of the stalls.
