The closing date for nominations for LRMA directors and president is fast approaching.

Members elect a new Board of Directors each year at the Annual General Meeting.

The LRMA is always looking for new directors to represent the interests of its members and to get involved in protecting our industry.

It is important that the Board represents a cross section of views so please consider nominating.

All members will be receiving a nomination form in the mail early next week along with a notice of the AGM and financial reports.

Nominations for directors and president close on Friday 13th November 2009 and must be lodged with the LRMA office by 5pm.

The 36th AGM will be held at the Lightning Ridge District Bowling Club on Saturday 28 November starting at 11am.

A family fun day Christmas Party will be held following the AGM at the RSL Club. All members and their families are welcome.

There will be games and frivolity for the kids so come along – barbecue and drinks supplied.
